Recovering from "Oral" Surgery

What the hell is up with the pain that is associated with the mouth.  I mean it can be the most simple thing and it still hurts or can be a major issue like having 3 wisdom teeth taken out.  2 were impacted and 1 was out and about.  Oh, Lord the sutures are starting to bug me now and I can't smile or hardly laugh.  

I've been laying low since the surgery on the 29th of September, and now my schedule is starting to catch up with me as I have 2 dinners coming up and then a tough decision of heading to a party after dinner #2 or stay after and party with the servers and hosts.
